Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Access control and badge experience is a plus.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check is required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents and tenant concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct patrolling of building interiors, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor activity.
• Complete patrol logs and incident reports accurately.
