Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required under Allied Universal driver policy.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

• CPR/First Aid is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of office, studio, technology, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor entry points and visitor activity; document observations and incidents.
• Communicate security concerns and responses with site contacts and leadership.
