Allied Universal in Bellevue, WA seeks a Security Officer Patrol Driver Alarm Panel to safeguard clients and drive as part of patrol duties. You will deter incidents, support access control, and deliver excellent customer service across Retail/Malls environments.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year security experience, a valid driver's license, and HS diploma; alarm panel and badge experience are preferred. This full-time position offers a hourly pay rate of $23.30 and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required per AU policy.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to store employees, customers, vendors, and visitors while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the retail area, entrances, parking, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report theft, trespassing, or other security concerns.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies, notifying appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity logs and reports per procedures.

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Alarm Panel in Bellevue, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a retail location, you will drive as part of assigned duties, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and alarm response. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to store employees, customers, vendors, and/or visitors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the retail sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report potential theft, trespassing, or other security-related concerns in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and emergency situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
