As an Unarmed Security Officer at a premier hotel and resort location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for guests, residents, and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, members, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a hotel and resort location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, club facilities, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency services as needed.
• Monitor access to the property and support established visitor, contractor, and delivery procedures while maintaining a welcoming presence.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities accurately and promptly in accordance with site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
