Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Compliance Patrol in Phoenix, AZ. You will patrol assigned areas, monitor access points, and provide exceptional customer service while enforcing site policies and emergency procedures.

Position is full-time with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. Duties include responding to incidents, completing reports, and maintaining a visible security presence across day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation will be conducted as a condition of employment.
• Drug screening may be required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while following site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and in accordance with reporting protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, reporting unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and shift communications per site requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unusual activity or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate patrol logs, incident reports, and shift communications in accordance with site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
