Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while following site procedures and emergency plans.

• Monitor access activity and report unusual conditions or potential security concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and escalate when needed.
• Complete accurate activity logs and incident reports according to requirements.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

• Mon: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Tue: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Wed: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Fri: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sat: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the distribution location, including building perimeters, parking areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and access points.
• Monitor access activity and report unusual conditions, unauthorized persons, and potential security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
