Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles and 21+ for armed roles; background checks and drug screens will be conducted.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain required logs and reports.
• Report hazards, equipment issues, suspicious activity, and policy violations to site contacts and supervision.
