You will build a flexible schedule through the Claim a Shift platform and support professional communication with employees and visitors. No armed duties required for this entry position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation and drug screen required by law and policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and carry out site-specific procedures and policies.
• Respond calmly to incidents and manage access concerns.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, and perimeters.
• Monitor entrances/exits and verify authorized access per site procedures.
• Document patrols and incidents and communicate with leadership and contacts.
