Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue: 06:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Wed: 12:00 PM - 06:00 PM
• Thur: 12:00 PM - 06:00 PM
• Fri: 12:00 PM - 06:00 PM
• Sat: 12:00 PM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate store leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, policy violations, hazardous conditions, and potential loss-prevention concerns, reporting observations according to site procedures.
• Assist with access control, traffic flow, and incident documentation while maintaining a professional presence at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
