Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and employees by carrying out site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and other security concerns to site management and/or appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation in accordance with site-specific requirements.

You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, assist customers and associates, and communicate clearly with site personnel. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in the job state and compliance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 11:30 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue: 11:30 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
