Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies, including emergency response.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and escalate as site procedures dictate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail property and perimeter to identify/report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe activity, and assist with directing visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel per site policies.
• Document incidents and patrol activities accurately and communicate information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail property, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the location, and assist with directing visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site policies.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
