As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, helping to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, respond to security-related concerns, and support a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a technology-focused fulfillment and distribution location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery-driver procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and promptly; communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
