Job summary

Allied Universal in Hebron, KY is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Customer Service Patrol. You will conduct routine security patrols, monitor access, and provide outstanding customer service at a technology and fulfillment location.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ for unarmed roles, and a background check and drug screen. Daytime shifts are available, and you will join a team focused on safety, reliability, and customer care.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees at a technology and fulfillment location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse, loading dock, office, parking, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and vendor authorization, and maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Support the orderly movement of personnel, deliveries, and freight traffic while maintaining a professional presence in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.
