Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Part Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Navigator) in Culver City, CA. The role involves patrolling a commercial real estate site, maintaining a visible presence, and delivering customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff.

A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions, with a Guard Card preferred. The position offers part-time hours (Sat and Sun, 12:00 AM–08:30 AM) and a pay rate of $20.06 per hour.

Qualifications

• Complete activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation.

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 12:00 AM - 08:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations as required.
• Complete activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
