You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. • Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:45 AM
• Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:45 AM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused campus by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and support visitor, employee, and contractor entry procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
