Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, invites you to join as a Part-Time Unarmed Patrol Officer in Chicago. You’ll provide customer service, conduct patrols, and maintain a visible security presence at transportation facilities.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, willingness to pass background checks and drug screening, and the ability to work Wed and Thu shifts.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients, passengers, visitors, and transportation personnel.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of transportation facilities, access points, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access activity and report hazards or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents calmly and contact appropriate personnel and responders.
• Prepare accurate activity and incident reports and communicate to site management.

• Prepare accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 05:30 AM - 05:00 PM
• Thur 05:30 AM - 05:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, passengers, visitors, and transportation personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
