• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations for site leadership.
• Report maintenance concerns, hazards, and policy violations observed during patrols.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial work areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by observing personnel, visitors, and vehicles, following established entry and visitor-management procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify designated personnel according to site procedures.
• Report maintenance concerns, hazards, policy violations, and other security-related issues observed during patrols to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
