As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail community, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 08:00 PM - 04:00 AM
• Sun 08:00 PM - 04:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout residential common areas, parking areas, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the property, and report suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
