As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon09:00 PM - 05:30 AM Sat10:00 PM - 06:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology and manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; promptly communicate observations and relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, office areas, production-adjacent spaces, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and assist with visitor and contractor entry processes.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual conditions in required reports and logs, following site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
