Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of technology manufacturing and office areas, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access activity and assist with visitor and contractor entry processes in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders when needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
