Pay Rate: $25.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeWed07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with hospital personnel and first responders when needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, helping to maintain an orderly environment for patients and visitors.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
