Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients and store personnel by following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and report them per site procedures.
• Conduct routine patrols of the retail location, including entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor for security concerns and promptly report observations to management or responders.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports and communicate updates to store management.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and team members. This primarily driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Deliver outstanding customer service, communicate professionally, and represent Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and integrity-driven culture.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $20.40 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri 11:00 AM - 05:00 PM
• Sat 11:00 AM - 05:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for security‑related concerns such as unauthorized access, suspicious activity, property damage, or hazards, and promptly report observations to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports, and communicate relevant information with store management, Allied Universal leadership, and/or emergency responders as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
