• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to identify hazards and report maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and direct individuals to locations as needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow emergency protocols.
• Prepare clear reports and maintain activity logs; communicate observations to leadership and client contacts.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused corporate location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, verifying credentials and directing individuals to appropriate locations as needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs, communicating observations and incidents to Allied Universal leadership and client contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
