• Monitor access to the property and direct authorized visitors and delivery personnel.

Job Schedule:

DayTime Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Pre-Employment Requirement: Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123)

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures, property policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate contacts and document observations according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of storage areas, buildings, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding property perimeter to help identify unusual activity and potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the commercial property, observe entry and exit activity, and assist with directing authorized visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site requirements.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
