Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed in Savannah, GA. You will provide customer service, conduct patrols, and maintain a visible security presence at an industrial location.

The position offers a Fri–Sun 6:00 AM–2:00 PM schedule with a pay rate of $20.17 per hour, plus ongoing paid training and career growth opportunities within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• One year of security-related experience.
• 18+ years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required depending on state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and directing authorized individuals in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and other security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

• Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
