Qualifications

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required before employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following site security procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access activity and verify authorized entry according to site procedures while maintaining professional interactions.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies using established protocols.
• Document observations and incidents accurately and communicate findings to site leadership.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access activity and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, while maintaining professional interactions with personnel and visitors.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
