Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part-Time Unarmed Security Officer in Greenville, SC. You will patrol, monitor access, and respond to incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial buildings, production areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and document entries, deliveries, and departures in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and preparing accurate incident reports.
• Observe and report security-related concerns, including unsecured doors, damaged fencing, suspicious activity, and policy violations, to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Pay Rate: $15.75 / Hour

• Sat: 12:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Sun: 12:00 AM - 12:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
