Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, seeks a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed) for mobile patrol duties at a financial institution location in Fresno, CA. As a Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will provide driving patrol services at a financial institution location, conducting routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and responding to concerns with professionalism. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that acts with integrity.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.91 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM
• Thur 07:30 AM - 03:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, tenants, and employees at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the location, observe visitor and vendor activity, and report irregularities, maintenance concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoff documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
