Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer – Screening Verification in Rialto, CA. You will screen employees, visitors, and deliveries; monitor access points; report security concerns; and provide professional customer service to clients at a logistics/distribution site.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols to identify unauthorized access or security concerns.

As a Screener with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will help support a secure environment by screening individuals and/or items, monitoring access points, and reporting security-related concerns. You will provide professional customer service, communicate clearly with team members, and help maintain smooth operations through integrity, reliability, and teamwork.

Pay Rate: $18.80 / Hour

DayTimeTue02:00 PM - 10:30 PMFri06:00 AM - 02:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site procedures; verify authorized access and report suspicious or prohibited items or activity.
• Operate screening equipment and maintain accurate logs, visitor records, and incident documentation as required by site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, loading areas, and perimeter to help identify unauthorized access, damaged barriers, or other security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
