Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, invites you to join as a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in Robinson Township, PA. This role offers fixed shifts with the Anchor Shifts and the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $19.46 per hour, with a Fri-Sun 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM schedule. Minimum requirements include being 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, background check and drug

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and employees following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations calmly and report observations to site contacts or emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity for unusual conditions, reporting concerns and violations.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly retail environment by giving directions and supporting crowd management.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol in Robinson Township, PA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $19.46 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri: 05:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat: 05:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun: 05:00 PM - 11:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and employees by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity for unusual conditions, reporting security‑related concerns, hazards, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly retail environment by providing directions, supporting crowd‑management needs, and documenting incidents and patrol activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
