Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and client representatives by following site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and front-desk protocols.
• Greet and direct visitors, verify credentials, manage visitor sign-in processes, and maintain accurate entry records.
• Monitor front-desk communications, alarms, and building systems as assigned, reporting suspicious activity or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Maintain a professional presence at the reception area to help deter unauthorized access and support a welcoming commercial property environment.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
