Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer for Patrol Zone Coverage in Nashville, TN. The role focuses on unarmed security, resident and visitor safety, and proactive patrols at a residential site.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations calmly; document observations and actions according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, report suspicious behavior, and maintain awareness of property conditions during patrols.
• Communicate professionally with residents, property personnel, law enforcement, and emergency responders as needed.

Job Schedule:

• Sat 11:30 PM - 07:30 AM


• Sun 11:30 PM - 07:30 AM

What You’ll Do:
