Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, drivers, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, trailer yards, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and vehicle traffic, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Complete detailed activity reports and communicate observations involving facility operations, property, and personnel to site leadership.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets. This includes the ability to navigate software applications, manage emails, and utilize digital tools effectively.

• Customer Service Experience (B219)Candidates should possess a background in customer service. This includes experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive customer experience.

What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
