Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws; may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, package or vehicle-related irregularities, and critical situations calmly and with problem-solving.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, parking lots, entrances, trailer yards, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, and delivery personnel, and report suspicious activity.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations and communicate information to site contacts and leadership.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, package or vehicle-related irregularities, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, parking lots, entrances, trailer yards, and the facility perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, and delivery personnel, and report suspicious activity or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
