Allied Universal in Wisconsin Dells is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Patrol Driver. You will provide visible security, assist guests, and deter incidents while upholding company policies and guest service standards.

This unarmed patrol position requires a valid driver’s license and a eligibility to work with a flexible part-time schedule. Pay rate is $18.04 per hour, with day and overnight shifts available and opportunities to earn through our shift-claim program.

Qualifications

• 18+ years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening required by law.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff while following procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of hotel and resort grounds, guest areas, parking facilities, and perimeters.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and coordinate with appropriate personnel/EMS.
• Monitor access points and deter unauthorized entry, reporting observations to management.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations to site management.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to guests and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel and resort grounds, guest areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, helping to deter unauthorized entry and maintaining awareness of security-related conditions.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate relevant observations, incidents, and policy violations to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
