As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a college location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support students, staff, and visitors with exceptional customer service and communication. You will respond to alarms, assist with access control, and contribute to a welcoming environment. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.36 / Hour

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201) Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for personnel.
• Alarm Panel Experience (B202) Experience with alarm panel systems is essential. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of alarm system operations, troubleshooting, and response protocols.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204) Proficiency in using computers or tablets is required. Candidates should be comfortable navigating software applications and performing tasks related to their job functions.
• CPR Certification Candidates must possess a valid CPR certification. Free training is provided by Allied Universal to ensure all employees are equipped with life-saving skills.
• Customer Service Experience (B219) A background in customer service is highly desirable. Candidates should exhibit strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent service to clients and colleagues.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
