Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, trailer yards, entry points, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying authorized personnel, visitors, and vehicles.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities.

You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service. Using computer or tablet tools, you will communicate clearly and contribute to a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $14.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, trailer yards, entry points, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying authorized personnel, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, and notify appropriate personnel as needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
