Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, perimeter, entry points and common areas.
• Monitor access points and support visitor, contractor, and delivery processes per site requirements.
• Document observations and incidents accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology‑focused location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, perimeter, entry points, and common areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and support visitor, contractor, and delivery processes in accordance with site requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• X‑Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
