You will communicate professionally, respond to security-related concerns, and help maintain an orderly environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving position offers the opportunity to deliver compassionate service through teamwork, integrity, reliability, agility, and innovation.

Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeThur06:30 AM - 03:00 PMFri06:30 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide courteous customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out site-specific screening procedures and policies in a healthcare location.
• Screen individuals entering designated areas in accordance with established access-control procedures, directing visitors and/or vendors as appropriate.
• Observe and report unusual activity, prohibited items, or policy concerns to appropriate personnel while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate screening-related logs, visitor information, and incident documentation as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Must be able to restrain individuals.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
