Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeFri10:30 PM - 07:00 AMSun06:30 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Screen individuals entering healthcare locations in accordance with established visitor management, infection-control, and security-related protocols.
• Verify visitor authorization, provide directions and information, and communicate applicable entry requirements in a professional and respectful manner.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate screening and visitor-related records, report suspicious activity or policy concerns, and help to deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
