Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $25.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 10:30 AM - 07:30 PM
• Tue 10:30 AM - 07:30 PM
• Thur 10:30 AM - 07:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide a welcoming, professional front desk presence for guests, customers, employees, and vendors at a luxury retail location.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials as required, and maintain accurate visitor logs in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service by answering inquiries, directing visitors, and communicating access procedures and location guidelines.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following emergency response procedures.
• Monitor front desk activity and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and other security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
