Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background investigation will be conducted as per laws.
• A pre-employment drug screen is required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures and emergency actions.

• Monitor visitor access and follow sign-in and credential-verification procedures; direct guests to proper contacts.
• Respond to incidents and security-related inquiries; document activities according to site procedures.
• Monitor front-desk communications, alarms, and access-control systems; coordinate with building management.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and building personnel by carrying out site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Staff the front desk and maintain a professional, welcoming presence within a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor visitor access, follow sign-in and credential-verification procedures, and direct guests to appropriate building contacts or destinations.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document and report security-related activities according to site procedures.
• Monitor front-desk communications, alarms, and access-control systems, and coordinate with building management and emergency responders when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
