Job summary

Allied Universal’s Health Facility security team in Orange, CA seeks a part-time unarmed Patrol Officer. You will guard tenants, monitor entrances, perform routine patrols, and provide excellent customer service while upholding our trusted, people-first culture.

Shifts are overnight Wed and Thu 10:00 PM–6:30 AM with a $22.00 hourly pay. You’ll work in a dynamic health facility environment, learn the claims and shifts platform, and contribute to a safe, welcoming real estate setting through

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to use a computer or tablet.
• Lift up to 20 lbs as needed.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ (21+ for armed roles) with a high school diploma.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver's license required for driving roles only.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and support badge and access control procedures. Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM
• Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting observations and incidents as required.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, contractors, and public service personnel while supporting a welcoming commercial real estate environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to comfortably use a computer or tablet is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
