Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a commercial real estate front desk while following site procedures.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify credentials, issue access badges, and maintain visitor records.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms and report unusual activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and tenant requests calmly, coordinating with appropriate personnel or responders.
• Support a professional lobby environment by answering phones and directing guests.

Pay Rate: $18.26 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate front desk while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify credentials, issue visitor access credentials, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from the front desk; report unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, tenant requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel or emergency responders when needed.
• Support a professional lobby environment by answering phones, directing guests, coordinating deliveries, and communicating relevant information to building management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
