• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening as required by law.

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a commercial real estate location by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and communicating site-specific procedures.
• Monitor access to the facility by verifying visitor credentials, issuing visitor passes, maintaining visitor records, and directing guests to appropriate areas.
• Operate front-desk communication systems, receive and route calls, and communicate security-related information to site personnel and emergency responders as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident documentation, and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
