Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and delivery personnel at a manufacturing and industrial facility front desk.
• Monitor access by verifying visitor identification, issuing credentials, maintaining logs, and directing guests per site policies.
• Answer calls, provide information, receive deliveries, and relay visitor information to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and follow procedures.
• Complete required reports and maintain accurate records to deter unauthorized access.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and delivery personnel at a manufacturing and industrial facility front desk.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and directing guests according to site-specific policies.
• Answer incoming calls, provide general information, receive deliveries, and communicate visitor arrivals and security-related concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Complete required reports, maintain accurate records, and support security-related procedures that help to deter unauthorized access and other concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
