Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Foot Patrol Assessment in Fife, WA. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, deter security incidents, and provide courteous service to employees, visitors, and deliveries at a logistics and distribution site.

As a part-time, unarmed officer you can build a schedule that fits your life. Pay rate is $22.93 per hour. Required: 18+ years old, high school diploma or equivalent, background check, and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns calmly and in line with procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, and deliveries.
• Complete accurate activity and incident reports and communicate observations to site leadership.

As an Unarmed Security Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and deliveries. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, exterior perimeter, and other assigned locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and help verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site requirements.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications, and promptly report observations to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
