Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Unarmed Security Officer in Jeffersonville, IN. You will perform routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and provide excellent customer service while ensuring security and safety.

This role supports a technology-focused site and offers flexible Saturday and Sunday daytime shifts. Candidates should have a HS diploma or equivalent and CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Must pass background check and drug screen as required by law.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.63 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the technology-focused location, including offices, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, reporting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized access.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
