You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.63 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused campus by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements; verify credentials, direct guests, and report access-related concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel according to site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and maintain communication with Allied Universal supervision and client representatives regarding incidents, patrol findings, and shift activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
