• Respond to access-related incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, lobbies, restricted areas, and surrounding perimeter to identify concerns.
• Maintain clear incident and activity reports and communicate with leadership and site contacts.

• Mon: 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM
• Tue: 02:00 PM - 07:00 PM
• Wed: 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM
• Thur: 02:00 PM - 07:00 PM
• Fri: 02:00 PM - 07:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific procedures and access-control protocols.
• Monitor access points, verify identification and authorization, issue and track visitor credentials, and maintain accurate entry and exit records in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, lobbies, restricted areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or facility concerns.
• Maintain clear, detailed reports of incidents, access-control activities, and policy violations while communicating professionally with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
